  Please put a set of keys in the key safe and lock the key safe when you leave
• •
  Leave all the other sets of keys on the kitchen island
• •
  Close and lock all windows. Leave kitchen door shut. (it locks automatically)

  Replace the storm boards – in fine weather just 1 board in summer 2/3 in winter
• •
  Please empty all bins in the property and place all personal rubbish into a black bin liner ( under the kitchen sink) before putting into the seagull-proof bag provided and placing outside the front of No.3.

  Please leave all clean, dry recycling in a clear bag. Glass bottles and jars need to be placed into a separate clear bag from the rest of the recycling and again please place outside No.3.
• •
  If you can it would be really helpful if you strip all used beds and place all bed linen, towels, bathmats, tea towels and oven gloves into the clear plastic bags (under the kitchen sink).
• •
  Please do not put in sponges or dish cloths in the laundry
• •
  Load all used cutlery & crockery and start the dishwasher.
