Adjusting the heating
Use the Nest Thermostat located in Hall. Turn the outer ring clockwise to adjust temperature up and anti-clockwise to turn down.
Adjust temperature until screen turns orange to turn heating on.

Towel Rail
The bathroom towel rail is connected to the central heating system and can be warmed by turning on the heating using the Nest thermostat. If you would like to adjust the temperature in individual rooms, each radiator is fitted with a thermostatic control knob which can be turned up or down to suit your comfort. Please allow a little time for the heating system and towel rail to warm up after making any adjustments.
Watching TV
<p>The TV is set up for use with Plex (our in house movie system) and Netflix. Please select the Hazel Tree Lodge guest profiles to view. </p><p><b>Please do not try to adjust the settings on the Apple TV or install apps.</b> It shouldn't require any pin codes but please let me know if you need assistance using it.</p>

Rubbish & Recycling
<p>General rubbish should go in the black wheelie bin and recycling in the burgundy wheelie bin, both are located in the car park by the entrance gates. Please refer to the information inside the white kitchen bin lid for a list of recyclable items.</p>
Coffee
<p>Please help yourself to coffee and tea. There is some milk in the fridge.</p>

How to use the Hario V60 Coffee Dripper
<p>For one mug, use 15g of coffee beans and 250ml of water.</p><ol><li>The grinder is setup ready to use. Add beans at the top and press the button on the side. Please make sure the plastic collector is in place or the machine won't start.</li><li>Place the filter paper in the V60 (filter papers are in the draw underneath), rinse with hot water and discard the water.</li><li>Add the coffee. Pour over enough hot water to wet the grounds and wait 30 seconds.</li><li>Slowly add the remaining water in circles, avoiding the filter edges, until the scales reach 250g.</li></ol><p>The total brewing time should be around 2½ minutes. For two mugs, simply double the coffee and water.</p>

Outdoor Seating Covers
The patio seating is protected with rain covers when not in use. If you'd like to use the furniture during your stay, remove the covers and place them in the large outdoor storage box provided.

Board games
A selection of board games can be found in the writing desk cupboard in the living room.
First aid, Appliance Instructions, Spare Pillows and useful info
<p>First aid and a burns kit can be found under the kitchen sink along with a fire extinguisher/blanket. There is also a fire extinguisher in the bathroom cupboard</p><p><b>Instructions for all appliances can be found in the right-hand side bottom drawer of the TV cabinet.</b></p><p><b>Spare pillows can be found in the wardrobes in each bedroom.</b></p><p>Ironing and cleaning equipment can be found in the cupboard in the hall - this also contains main fuseboard for the house.</p>
