Looking After the Property
<p>Please treat the property as you would your own home. We kindly ask that you report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly for both you and future guests.</p>
01. Guests
No additional visitors without prior approval. Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.
02. EV Vehicle Charging
For safety reasons, guests must not charge electric vehicles using standard indoor or outdoor plug sockets at the property. The electrical system is not designed for vehicle charging and using domestic sockets for this purpose may create a fire risk or damage the property electrics.
03. Keys
Please do not leave any keys in the lockbox when away from the property. Always reset the code to 0000.
04. Lights and TV
Please remember to turn off any lights and the TV when not in use.
05. Door and Windows
Always make sure to lock the door and close any downstairs windows before going out.
06. Smoking, Vaping or disposable BBQs
Please do not smoke or vape inside the lodge. Vaping is permitted outside away from the hot tub. For safety reasons, disposable BBQs and open-flame cooking equipment are not permitted on the property grounds or patio areas.
07. Hair dye, Fake Tan or Bleaching Products
To protect linens, towels, furnishings and bathroom surfaces, the use of fake tan, hair dye, bleaching products or other staining chemical is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any damage, staining or additional cleaning caused by these products will result in extra charges.
08. Candles or incense
To help keep the lodge safe and comfortable for all guests, candles, incense, wax burners, and other open flames are not permitted inside the property.
09. Quiet Hours
10.00pm – 7.00am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
