Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.</li><li>For safety reasons, guests must not charge electric vehicles using standard indoor or outdoor plug sockets at the property. The electrical system is not designed for vehicle charging and using domestic sockets for this purpose may create a fire risk or damage the property electrics.</li><li>Please remember to turn off any lights and the TV when not in use.</li><li>Always make sure to lock the doors and close any windows before going out.</li><li>Please do not smoke or vape inside or outside the property. For safety reasons, disposable BBQs and open-flame cooking equipment are not permitted on the property grounds.</li><li>To protect linens, towels, furnishings and bathroom surfaces, the use of fake tan, hair dye, bleaching products or other staining chemical is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any damage, staining or additional cleaning caused by these products will result in extra charges.</li><li>To help keep the property safe and comfortable for all guests, candles, incense, wax burners, and other open flames are not permitted inside the property.</li><li>Quiet hours are from 10.00pm - 7.00am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.</li></ol><p></p>
