Mylie
Standing at an impressive 17.1 hands high, Mylie is the gentle giant of Hazel Tree Lodge. As a dressage horse, she's learning the art of equine dancing, mastering elegant movements, balance and precision with Laura.
Despite her size, Mylie has a kind and friendly nature and enjoys meeting visitors over the fence. Whether she's practising her latest dressage moves or relaxing in the field, she's always a striking sight.
Doodle Bug (bug for short)
Doodle Bug is a handsome 15.1-hand horse who joined the farm later in life and is now enjoying a well-earned semi-retirement at 18 years old. With his gentle nature and affectionate personality, he's quickly become a much-loved member of the Hazel Tree Lodge family.
These days, Doodle Bug is happiest spending time with his friends, especially Mylie, who he absolutely adores. Whether they're grazing together in the field or simply keeping each other company, the pair are rarely far apart.
Dorrit
Dorrit is our much-loved miniature Shetland pony and in her thirties. Small in size but big in personality (she thinks she is a mini Mylie), she enjoys life grazing in the fields and keeping an eye on everything that's going on.
Ruby
Ruby is one of our miniature Shetland ponies and, like Dorrit, she's now in her 30s. She absolutely loves people and is always keen to come over for a fuss. While she is getting on in years, she still loves a mad gallop around the fields and proves that age is just a number!
Starlight
One of the old timer sheep at Hazel Tree Lodge, Starlight is a gentle ewe with a heart of gold. Although her lamb-rearing days are behind her, she still loves keeping an eye on the newest arrivals and can often be found babysitting young lambs around the field. Calm, caring and full of character, Starlight is a much-loved member of the flock.
Goose
Named after the famous cat from Captain Marvel, Goose is one of the farm's resident feline characters. Thankfully, unlike his Marvel namesake, he's not a Flerken hiding alien tentacles and pocket dimensions but he does like to gooble up pouches!
When he's not patrolling the fields and hedgerows, you'll often find him lounging in the sunshine or keeping a watchful eye on everything happening around Hazel Tree Lodge.
Stormie
Stormie is the undisputed queen of the cats and, somehow, the boss of the dogs too. Confident, mischievous and always in charge, she rules the farm with an iron paw and isn't afraid to put anyone in their place if they forget who's really running things.
Fearless and full of attitude, Stormie will happily patrol her kingdom, supervise visitors and keep the other animals in line. There is only one thing she truly fears: running out of cat biscuits. Thankfully, her loyal staff are usually on hand to make sure that never happens!
